Teens In Public Service has thrived with the help of our community patrons and volunteers since it began in 1997. We need volunteers to support our programmed events, training days, and fundraising initiatives so that the summer internship program may remain a sustainable resource for our stakeholders.

We greatly appreciate all TIPS alumni, future interns, and community members who contribute their time to our organization. Volunteers keep TIPS running and provide an invaluable service in supporting the operations which help us develop teen leaders!

TIPS SUMMER EVENT VOLUNTEERS

May – August

TIPS will host several events throughout the summer as part of the TIPS Summer Intern Program. Volunteer opportunities could include lending a hand at the registration desk for intern events, producing a short video about the summer intern program, or taking part in group dialogues at leadership training.

*Please note that due to the nature of our programming, we do not accept outside volunteer support from registered high school students who have not already participated in the TIPS Summer Internship Program.

GENERAL VOLUNTEERING

We will need several volunteers to assist us with intern events and training sessions throughout the course of the summer internship program. Please contact the TIPS office if you are available to volunteer during the summer.
