Sameeksha started Teens Who Care: https://www.teenswhocare.us/ because she saw a lack of volunteering opportunities during Covid. She already had a program  (teaching tech to older adults) and it was rapidly becoming more successful so she wanted to expand it. So far Teens who care has had 2900+ volunteers and has helped 8900+ people!

Her key challenges have been: Dealing with hacking, maintaining volunteer numbers and reliability of partner organizations.

She would like to encourage everyone to check out some of their opportunities – the tech class is really popular! There is little commitment needed. One can try out the classes and see if you like them before signing up for more. The older adults are really grateful and the experience really allows them to help people out in a relatively short amount of time.
